For the past three years, structured product leaders from 25+ top distributors have met through a virtual leadership exchange to share ideas and help shape industry policy. In celebration of the 10th meeting and a new partnership with ISC, the March 2026 event marks the first in-person summit, held March 17–19 in Bozeman, Montana.
This summit continues the tradition of a closed-door session under Chatham House Rule and adds direct sessions with our sponsors. Early agenda themes include growing new advisors, advisor education, and product evolution in changing markets. All attendee expenses are included, and we expect 15+ members of the retail leadership community in attendance.

Session 1 — State of the Structured Product Market, Broker-Dealer Perspectives

Industry leaders discuss current market dynamics, including advisor adoption trends, product structures gaining traction, and how firms are managing the growth of structured product programs.

4:15 – 5:15 PM

Session 2 — The Future of Defined Outcome Investing, Issuer Perspectives

Representatives from leading investment banks share their perspectives on advisor demand, market structure, issuer credit considerations, and the investments issuers are making to support the continued growth of defined outcome strategies.

5:30 PM

Group Dinner (Brigade, Bozeman)

Our first group dinner is reserved for registered attendees only to keep the group focused and conversational.
We will have restaurant recommendations for guests, and there are several great options within close walking distance of the AC Marriott.

An open and candid conversation among broker-dealer leaders addressing regulatory realities, platform governance, and the evolving role of structured products within wealth management platforms.

Note: This session is closed-door and limited to Leadership Exchange members only. No sponsors will be present.

Can I bring a guest?
Guests are welcome to the activities and the day 2(Wednesday) dinner. Due to space constraints, the dinner for day 1 will only include attendees and sponsors.
